BPD95025

The BPD95025 is an up to 4+1 phase multi-phasebuck digital controller, which supports 4 phasesfor rail-1 and 1 phase for rail-2 application. ltprovides avery compact solution withminimized external components for highcurrent level Core power supply. The part supports l2C and PMBus Rev 1.3 withAVSBus for output control and telemetry. The CFV³M (Constant Frequency Voltage CubeModulation) auto loop compensation eases thesystem stability and provides fast transientresponse with optimized passive components.
