BPD93136

The BPD93136 is an up to 16 phases multi-phase buck digital controller, designed for 2-rail applications, specifically targeting the NVIDIA OVR16 Power. It offers a compact solution with minimized external components for high-current Core power supplies. The part supports PWMVID interface for NVIDIA processors and is also compatible for I2C and PMBus Rev 1.3 with AVSBus for output control and telemetry.
